I am an Associate Broker here in Huntsville Alabama and have been in the real estate business in several states for a little over 9 years as I have transitioned, mainly up and down the east coast, with my husband who is an Experimental Test Pilot and former Naval Aviator. I have experience in new home sales, land acquisition and residential resale. I am also involved in small business development that specializes in food based businesses. If you haven’t been to Huntsville, it is the largest landmass city in AL and home to an extraordinarily large proportion of engineers and retired military. It is said that there are 110 different languages spoken here amongst aprx a quarter of a million people. It was voted the best place to live in 2009 and is experiencing strong growth.
For gardeners we are in zone 7, that is the same as VA and MD, though we didn’t experience quite as much snow as they did this winter!
